    About Dr. Romina Raykhshtat

    Dentist and injectable aesthetics specialist

Romina Raykhshtat earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Kazan State Medical University. After graduating, she spent ten years in clinical practice — general dentistry, orthodontics, prosthodontics, surgery.

Dental work means daily contact with facial anatomy. Nerves, vessels, bone landmarks, muscle attachments — hands-on, every day. Over ten years, that builds a detailed working knowledge of how the face is constructed.

She completed cadaver dissection training for advanced anatomical study and participates in IMCAS — one of the largest international aesthetic medicine conferences.

Eight years ago she moved into injectable aesthetics. The focus shifted from dental function to facial appearance, but the anatomy she works with is the same.

What she does today: Neuromodulators (Dysport, Botox, Xeomin) — wrinkle relaxation, Nefertiti neck lift, bruxism, full-face Botox. Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Revanesse, Teosyal) — lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, tear troughs, temples. Russian Lips, Swedish Lips. Skin boosters and bio-remodelers (Profhilo, Jalupro, Cellbooster, Aesthefill). Polynucleotides (Plinest, Rejuran, Vitaran). Collagen stimulators (Sculptra). ULTRAFORMER III — focused ultrasound.
